PROJECT
Building an Influential EVP to Offset Internal Perceptions
Objective: Bryte Insurance sought to enhance internal employee perceptions and foster a more positive, engaging workplace culture. The goal was to develop an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that aligned with both business objectives and employee needs, promoting deeper engagement and reinforcing a shared commitment to the company’s values.

Our approach:
Solution: Humanist leveraged behavioral science models and linguistic strategies to craft a change-led EVP that would resonate with employees and shift internal perceptions.
Key components of the solution included:
Behavioral Modeling: Identifying and addressing biases like status quo and confirmation bias that shaped employee attitudes and engagement.
Linguistic Framing: Using positive, inclusive language to reframe the company’s EVP and highlight key benefits in a way that motivates and inspires employees.
Human Storytelling: Creating narratives that connect employees to the company’s mission, fostering emotional connections and a more profound sense of purpose.
Nudge Theory: Implementing subtle changes in messaging and communication strategies to encourage alignment with the company’s values and culture.
